Sky Czech Republic needed a reliable recruiting partner to support its ambitious hiring goals. After joining forces with the company Showmax, Sky set out to grow its team, building brand new offices and a tech hub in Prague’s Karlín.

As our recruiter Bety had a successful four-year track record hiring for Showmax and a deep understanding of the local developer market, Reeva was a natural choice to help Sky grow.

Long-term RPO collaboration to boost recruiting efforts

Our recruiter Alzbeta became an integral part of Sky’s internal team, working onsite min. 2x a week under RPO setup. She took care of the entire hiring process for selected positions in frontend and backend development, including finding talent for a brand new CDN team.
