Datamole had long-standing open roles in Prague and Brno that were hard to fill using their traditional approach. They didn’t have an internal recruiter; they relied on their tech team leaders for sourcing, mainly through job ads and personal networks.

Past agency partnerships hadn’t met their expectations for quality or culture fit. That’s when Reeva stepped in, determined to prove agency recruitment could work!

Stable collaboration to substitute internal recruitment

Our recruiters, Markéta & Monika, joined Datamole through an RPO collaboration, spending 2 days a week onsite to immerse themselves in the company culture and manage the entire hiring process for specific roles. In addition to recruiting, we suggested an applicant tracking system to centralize hiring data and streamline the process.
