Dr. Max is a leading pharmacy chain in Europe. Dr. Max BDC serves as the Group HQ for all 6 countries where the company operates. Based in Prague, it ensures smooth operations across the entire Dr. Max network.

Help Dr. Max fill various

tech roles + an internal recruiter

Dr. Max BDC needed to fill a range of tech positions: from infrastructure, frontend, and backend experts, to business analysts, and product owners.

Since they were suddenly without an internal recruiter, they needed to fill that role, too, while keeping other hiring on track. It was time for us at Reeva to roll up our sleeves!

SOLUTION

Switch from external to onsite RPO collaboration for 6 months

Before this assignment, Reeva had successfully worked with Dr. Max externally, providing support on a few roles that needed extra help. Our recruiter Bety then joined Dr. Max onsite for 3-4 days a week over 6 months in total. Bety managed the entire hiring process and contributed to internal events preparations.

RPO model for increased hiring needs: With 10+ roles to fill, the switch to the RPO model was ideal. Bety could fully focus on Dr. Max's needs.

Back to ad-hoc external cooperation: After filling all 14 positions, our collaboration shifted to external ad-hoc support for specific roles.
