Wrike was experiencing a significant increase in hiring activity: while their internal team was focused on recruiting for a newly established office and center of excellence in India, they wanted to ensure continued momentum for hiring in their European and US offices.
To support this temporary recruitment need, Wrike partnered with Reeva.
SOLUTION
Markéta from Reeva joined Wrike’s team under RPO setup (=recruitment process outsourced) for a total of 6 months. She worked closely with Kateřina Tichý, Wrike’s Director of Talent Acquisition, and various hiring managers, spending 2 days a week in Wrike’s office.
